PEI RCMP arrest Stratford man for Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking

PEI RCMP Provincial General Investigation Section arrested a 30-year-old man from Stratford, Prince Edward Island following the execution of a search warrant.

On May 28, 2024, PEI RCMP Provincial General Investigation Section, with the assistance from the Prince District Joint Forces Operations Drug Unit, Stratford RCMP, PEI RCMP Provincial Traffic Services, and PEI RCMP Police Dog Services executed a search warrant at a residence in Stratford. During the execution of the search warrant a male was arrested without incident.

PEI RCMP seized a quantity of prescription pills, suspected cocaine, suspected methamphetamine, three replica firearms, and drug paraphernalia. The man was later released on conditions and the investigation is ongoing.
