Three men and two women have been arrested following an ongoing drug trafficking investigation in Esgenoopetitj, N.B.

This investigation was the result of a joint effort between the Northeast District RCMP's Community Crime Reduction Unit and the Miramichi Integrated Enforcement Unit (IEU). The New Brunswick IEU's are made up of members from the New Brunswick RCMP, as well as municipal police and Justice and Public Safety officers in the province.
