Clayton Fenwick is described as approximately 5'10

On September 12, 2022 at approximately 9:30 a.m., Mellville RCMP attempted a traffic stop in Melville. The vehicle fled from the officers at a high rate of speed. As it was driving away, a number of items fell from the truck. Investigation determined some of them were reported as stolen from Melville the previous night.

At about 3 p.m. that day, Yorkton RCMP located the vehicle that fled from Melville RCMP officers and attempted a traffic stop on Parkview Road. The vehicle did not stop and continued driving at a high rate of speed, in the area of a school where students were present at the end of the school day. For public safety reasons, officers did not follow it.

At about 6 p.m., Yorkton RCMP again located the vehicle and attempted a traffic stop on Independent Street. The vehicle did not stop and fled, running a number of red lights in the area.

As a result of these investigations, Melville RCMP and Yorkton RCMP have charged 22-year-old Clayton Fenwick of Yorkton with:

  • two counts, flight from peace officer, Section 320.13, Criminal Code
  • two counts, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, Section 320.13(1), Criminal Code
  • one count, possession of stolen property under $5,000, Section 354(1)(a), Criminal Code
  • one count, possession of stolen property over $5,000, Section 354(1)(a), Criminal Code
  • one count, operation while prohibited, Section 320.18, Criminal Code

Warrants have been issued for Clayton Fenwick's arrest and officers have been actively trying to locate him.

Clayton Fenwick is described as approximately 5'10" and 155 lbs. He has brown hair and green eyes. He has multiple tattoos on his face and his neck.

Investigators have received information that Clayton Fenwick may be injured, which possibly may affect how he walks, but this has not been confirmed.

He may be in the Yorkton or Regina area, or in other communities in the east central part of Saskatchewan.

If you see Clayton, do not approach him. Contact your local police service immediately. Information can also be submitted anonymously by contacting Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or www.saskcrimestoppers.com.
