Jeremy Milligan sentenced to two years for Methamphetamine trafficking

On Thursday, February 18th, Jeremy Milligan was sentenced to two years in custody for possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine, resisting arrest, and failing to comply with a release order.

Mr. Milligan's charges stem from a targeted vehicle stop that the Prince District JFO Drug Unit conducted in July of 2020 where 224 methamphetamine pills were seized. Mr. Milligan was on probation for a previous methamphetamine trafficking conviction when he was arrested. He was also ordered to forfeit the motorcycle he was operating at the time of the arrest.

The Prince District JFO Drug Unit is comprised of RCMP, Summerside Police, and Kensington Police members.
