RCMP seeking public’s help following theft

The Saint-Léonard RCMP is asking for the public's help to identify two persons of interest following a theft in Saint-Léonard, N.B.

The theft is believed to have occurred during the overnight hours of September 13, 2024, at a parking lot on Gervais Street in Saint-Léonard.

Two individuals stole a blue thermal camera (Bullard), a red chainsaw (Cutters Edge), and two black and red tripods (Milwaukee), from a fire truck.

Police are now releasing a surveillance footage photo in hopes that someone may recognize the individuals. The first individual is described as a young man, with a small build, light brown hair, wearing a black shirt, brown pants and black shoes. The second individual is described as a young man, with a slim build, dark hair, wearing a black shirt, black pants, black shoes and an oversized black and grey backpack.

Anyone who recognizes the individuals in the photo, or who has information that could help further the investigation is asked to contact the Saint-Léonard RCMP at 506-473-3137.
