Wanted on Canada-wide warrant for breach of release condition.

Vaclav Roman Starostik was the head of one of the world’s largest trafficking organizations. He was serving a life sentence for Conspiracy to Traffic Heroin and was on parole when he absconded in 2004. Starostik has access money from the proceeds of crime. He was last known to be in Czech Republic.
