Fu Kwok Jackie Wei
Wanted on Canada-wide warrant for first degree murder.
On December 6 2005, several males were involved in an altercation at a karaoke club in downtown Ottawa, Ontario. During the altercation Fu Kwok Wei produced a handgun and shot two victims, then fled the scene. Wei is wanted on a Canada-Wide Warant for two counts of First Degree Murder.
Working in conjunction with the Ottawa Police Service.
