Wanted on Canada-wide warrant for sexual assault, sexual exploitation.
Fernando Lemagueresse is wanted Canada-Wide for multiple counts of Sexual Assault, Sexual Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Sexual Interference and Sexual Exploitation. Lemagueresse committed these crimes against his daughter and step daughters over the course of several years of their childhood. He has ties in Toronto, Montreal and Chile. In 2010, Lemagueresse attempted to return to Canada from Chile, but canceled his flight after receiving information that the police were looking for him.
