Wanted on Canada-wide warrant for sexual assault.
On October 18 1991, Abdi Aliow Elmi conned a 20 year old female into going to his apartment where he brutally beat and sexually assaulted her. Elmi was arrested and released on a recognizance before the court. He breached his recognizance and a Canada-Wide Warrant has been issued for his arrest.
