On Jan. 28, shortly after midnight, Rocky Mountain House RCMP received a 911 call reporting a shooting at a residence on O'Chiese First Nation.
Upon arrival, police located a deceased male. The deceased has been transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and the death is being investigated as a homicide.
The Alberta RCMP Major Crimes Unit (MCU) has been deployed and taken over the investigation.
