On September 26, 2024 at approximately 6:00 p.m., Yorkton RCMP received a report that an adult male inmate, who was authorized to be temporarily off-site, had failed to return to a correctional centre in Yorkton.
Since his absence was reported to police, Yorkton RCMP have been working to locate the adult male and is now asking members of the public to report sighting and information about the whereabouts of 55-year-old Michael Mckie. Michael Mckie is wanted on warrant by Yorkton RCMP for being unlawfully at large.
Michael Mckie is described as approximately 5'11 tall and 190 lbs. He has blue eyes, and brown and grey hair. He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, blue jeans, and a black hat. He has a tattoo of Bob Marley's face on his left arm.
Investigation has determined Michael Mckie may be travelling to or in the Regina area, but his current whereabouts are unknown.
