December 13, 2024 Watson Lake RCMP initiated a traffic stop that resulted in significant seizure of what believed to be cocaine.
This past Friday, Watson Lake RCMP conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle. Police located and seized a brick of what is believed to be cocaine weighing over 1.5 kilograms. The driver, and sole occupant of the vehicle, a 23-year-old male from Alberta, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine for the purposes of trafficking. Willy Berg Peters will appear in court in Watson Lake on April 8, 2025.
