A 30-year-old man, a 27-year-old man, and a 23-year-old woman, all from Côte d'Ivoire, have died as the result of a single-vehicle crash near Saint-Léonard, N.B.
On November 7, 2024, at approximately 1:32 p.m., members of the Saint Léonard RCMP detachment, the Saint-Léonard Fire Department and Ambulance New Brunswick responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash on Route 17, outside of Saint-Léonard.
The crash is believed to have occurred when the vehicle, traveling southbound on Route 17, lost control, left the roadway and crashed. All the three individuals died at the scene as a result of their injuries.
A RCMP collision reconstructionist and a member of the New Brunswick Coroner's office also attended the scene and are assisting with the investigation.
The investigation is ongoing.
