On November 21, 2024, at approximately 8:45 am, Stonewall RCMP responded to the report of found human remains near a residence located in the RM of Rockwood.
Officers attended to the scene, an address located off of Highway 7, and secured the area.
The death is being treated as suspicious and is believed to have occurred within the last month.
The cause of death remains under investigation as we await the results of the autopsy.
Stonewall RCMP, along with RCMP Major Crime Services and Forensic Identification Services, continue to investigate.
