Joseph McIvor has been safely located. The RCMP thanks the public and the media for their assistance.

On July 9, 2024, Ste. Rose du Lac RCMP received a report of a 16-year-old male who had left his residence and not yet returned home, despite friends saying they had seen him.

RCMP have conducted patrols and checked numerous residences after people reported seeing the youth, however police have still been unable to locate Joseph Ryan McIvor and need to know that he is safe.

It is believed McIvor is still in Ebb and Flow First Nation.
