The Saint-Léonard RCMP is seeking the public's help in connection with an arson at a residence in Vallée-des-Rivières, N.B.

On October 9, 2024, at approximately 11:40 p.m., members of the Saint-Léonard RCMP received a report of a fire that had occurred at a residence on Route 17 in Vallée-des-Rivières, near Saint-Léonard.

Through the investigation, it was determined that the fire had been intentionally set inside the residence. The residence was unoccupied at the time of the fire.

Anyone who has information that could help further the investigation is asked to contact the Saint-Léonard RCMP at 506-473-3137. Information can also be provided anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), by downloading the secure P3 Mobile App, or by Secure Web Tips at www.crimenb.ca.

The investigation is ongoing.
