Prince District RCMP is investigating a fatal crash that occurred on Route 14, in Christopher Cross near Route 161 the Broderick Rd, north of Tignish
On July 12, 2024, at approximately 4:10 p.m., Prince District RCMP, EMS, and Tignish Fire responded to a report of a single vehicle crash on Route 14 in Christopher Cross, West Prince. RCMP learned that an pick up truck had been travelling on Route 14 when it left the road. The lone occupant of the truck, a 71-year-old Prince County man was pronounced deceased at the scene, the investigation is ongoing.
