July 3, 2024, Brooklyn, West Prince PEI…Prince District RCMP is investigating a fatal crash that occurred on Route 145, the Mill River East Road in Brooklyn West Prince.
On July 3, 2024, at approximately 5:10 p.m., Prince District RCMP, EMS, Alberton Fire Department and the Department of Transportation responded to a report of a single vehicle crash on Route 145 in Brooklyn, West Prince. RCMP learned that a car had been travelling on Route 145 when it left the road. The lone occupant of the car, a 25-year-old Prince County woman was pronounced deceased at the scene, the investigation is ongoing.
Route 145, Mill River East Road was closed for several hours but has since reopened.
