August 14, 2024, Summerside PE – Prince District JFO executed a search warrant in Summerside leading the arrest of a 27 year-old Summerside man and a 28 year-old Summerside woman, and the seizure of drugs.
On Tuesday, August 13, 2024, PEI Joint Forces Operations (JFO) consisting of East Prince RCMP, Summerside Police, and Kensington Police, along with RCMP Dog Services executed a search warrant at a residence in Summerside. Police arrested a 27 year-old Summerside man and a 28 year-old Summerside woman. Police seized cash, approximately 28 grams of cocaine which is over 90 doses, a small amount crystal meth, and other drug paraphernalia. The 28-year-old man had an outstanding warrant for fail to appear and was released on an undertaking for the fail to appear charge. This incident is still under investigation.
