Happy Valley-Goose Bay RCMP investigates break, enter and theft at Slippers N’ Things; seeks public’s assistance

Happy Valley-Goose Bay RCMP is seeking the public's assistance identifying a suspect involved in a break, enter and theft that occurred on December 11, 2024, in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.

Around 4:00 a.m. on Wednesday, a suspect broke into the business of Slippers N' Things located on Hamilton River Road, Happy Valley-Goose Bay. The suspect stole three pairs of seal skin mittens and three pairs of beaver fur mittens with an approximate value of $2300.00. Images of the stolen items attached.

The suspect was last seen riding a pedal bike south bound on Hamilton River Road. Images of the suspect are attached.

Happy Valley-Goose Bay RCMP thanks businesses in the area for providing surveillance footage which will hopefully assist in the identification of the suspect.

The investigation is ongoing.
