Bonavista RCMP investigates residential break, enter and theft in Little Catalina

Bonavista RCMP is investigating a recent break, enter and theft that occurred at a residence in Little Catalina. A number of items, including a truck that was parked inside a garage on the property, were stolen.

Shortly after 2:00 p.m. on October 20, 2024, police received the report of the break, enter and theft which occurred at a vacated residence on Main Street in Catalina. The crime occurred sometime between August, 2024, and when it was discovered on October 20, 2024. The following items were stolen:

  • A red 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 with Nunavut License plate MLA 014 – see attached picture
  • A 55-inch Samsung LED Smart TV
  • An RCA counter top ice maker
  • A yellow Champion generator
  • A Black and Decker corded whipper snipper
  • A Polar Bear Rug – see attached picture
  • Several bottles of alcohol

The investigation is continuing.
