On February 7, 2023, Biggar RCMP located and arrested Derrick Seefried in Biggar, SK.
In addition to the charges from Kindersley RCMP, he has also been charged by Rosetown RCMP with:
- one count, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, Section 320.13(1), Criminal Code;
- one count, flight from peace officer, Section 320.17, Criminal Code; and
- one count, mischief over $5,000, Section 430(3), Criminal Code
He is scheduled to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on both the Kindersley and Rosetown charges on February 8, 2023.

On February 3, 2023, Tami Falcon was arrested in Biggar, SK by Biggar RCMP. She is scheduled to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on February 6, 2023.
Kindersley RCMP continue to ask the public to report information on the whereabouts of Derrick Seefried. The silver BMW has been recovered by police and his current method of travel is unknown.

Kindersley RCMP investigating break-in, flight from police

Just after midnight on February 3, 2023, Kindersley RCMP received a report of a break-in at a residence in Eston, SK.
Officers responded and observed a silver car parked outside of the residence. As they approached, the car began to drive off. An officer attempted to get the vehicle to stop, but it continued on, almost striking the officer. The officer was not injured.
Kindersley RCMP officers later located the silver car on Highway #30 and attempted a traffic stop, but the vehicle did not stop.
At approximately 2 a.m., Rosetown RCMP officers located the vehicle in Rosetown and attempted a traffic stop. The silver car did not stop and rammed two police vehicles while fleeing.
Through investigation, Kindersley RCMP have identified the occupants of the silver car.
26-year-old Derrick Seefried from Biggar, SK is charged with:
- one count, break and enter with intent, Section 348(1)(a), Criminal Code;
- one count, assault with weapon, Section 267(a), Criminal Code;
- one count, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, Section 320.13(1), Criminal Code; and
- one count, flight from peace officer, Section 320.17, Criminal Code.
22-year-old Tami Falcon from Biggar, SK is charged with:
- one count, break and enter with intent, Section 348(1)(a), Criminal Code; and
- one count, flight from peace officer, Section 320.17, Criminal Code.
Warrants have been issued for their arrests. Kindersley RCMP are actively working to locate them and ask the public to report information on their whereabouts.
Derrick Seefried and Tami Falcon are believed to be travelling in a 2005 silver BMW 325XI with Alberta license plate CKD5623.
Derrick Seefried is described as approximately 5'11" and 165 lbs. He has brown hair and blue eyes. He is known to visit the Eston, Rosetown, Biggar and Medicine Hat areas, but his current whereabouts are unknown.
Tami Falcon is described as approximately 5'10" and 160 lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes. A photo of her is attached. She is known to visit the Eston, Rosetown, Biggar and North Battleford areas, but her current whereabouts are unknown.
