Three individuals charged and seven break and enters solved by St. Anthony RCMP

Three individuals, 28-year-old Tara Mitchell, 20-year-old Dominick Igloliorte, and a youth, were arrested and charged by St. Anthony RCMP in relation to a number of break and enters in St. Anthony. Thanks to information received from the public, which assisted in the police investigation, seven break and enters dating back to October of 2022, have been solved.

The three, who are all from St. Anthony, were arrested between June 5-6 and are alleged to have been involved in five commercial break and enters that occurred between May 29, and June 4,2023, at the following locations:

  • The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 17
  • Flavor Crisp Chicken
  • Raleigh Sports
  • Graham's Auto Repairs
  • Scott's Auto Body and Repair

Charges have also been laid in relation to break and enters that occurred in St. Anthony at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 17 in October of 2022, and Flavor Crisp Chicken in November of 2022.

Tara Mitchell is charged with the following criminal offences:

  • Break and enter
  • Breach of probation

Dominick Igloliorte is charged with the following criminal offences:

  • Break and enter – seven counts
  • Theft over $5000.00 – two counts
  • Theft under $5000.00 – three counts
  • Mischief under $5000.00 – seven counts

The youth, who cannot be identified as per the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is charged with the following criminal offences:

  • Break and enter
  • Theft over $5000.00
  • Mischief under $5000.00

The three individuals were released from custody and are set to appear in court at later dates.
