On February 8, 2023, as part of an ongoing investigation, Stonewall RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence in the Rural Municipality of Rockwood.
Officers seized approximately 380 grams of methamphetamine, five firearms and ammunition.
On February 22, 2023, Mitchell Ritchot, 28, from the RM of Rockwood, was arrested and has been charged with:
• Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking;
• Unsafe Storage of Firearms x2;
• Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm/Prohibited Weapon;
• Possession of a Weapon obtained by Crime;
• Possession of a Firearm/Prohibited Weapon Knowing Possession is Unauthorized;
• Possession of a Weapon contrary to order x4; and
• Fail to Comply with Release Order x3.
He was remanded into custody.
A warrant of arrest has been issued for Jessie Wolowich, 33, from the RM of Rockwood. She is WANTED for the following offences:
• Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking;
• Unsafe Storage of Firearms x2;
• Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm/Prohibited Weapon;
• Possession of a Weapon Obtained by Crime;
• Possession of a Firearm/Prohibited Weapon Knowing Possession is Unauthorized.
RCMP are asking the public for assistance in locating Jessie Wolowich. She is 5'7", 160 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.
