Red River North RCMP locate stolen vehicle and make arrests

On November 30, 2023, at approximately 4:45 am, Red River North RCMP were responding to an alarm call when they came across a suspicious vehicle on Emes Road, in the RM of West St. Paul.

Two occupants were in the vehicle and they appeared to be sleeping. The officer woke up the occupants and the male driver was found to have several outstanding warrants. The female passenger was breaching her conditions. Both were arrested.

The VIN on the vehicle was checked and it was determined the vehicle had been stolen out of Ashern.

A search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of 19 grams of methamphetamine, prescription drugs and other drug paraphernalia.

Hannah Rossnagel, 30, has been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Fail to Comply. She was released from custody on a Release Order.

Sean Houlahan, 37, has been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Operation of a Motor Vehicle while Prohibited and Fail to Comply. He was remanded into custody.

Red River North RCMP continue to investigate.
