Halifax District RCMP is investigating a serious crash that occurred in Gaetz Brook.
Yesterday, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Halifax District RCMP, fire and EHS, responded to a report of a crash on Pine Hill Dr. RCMP officers learned that a Volkswagen GTI was negotiating a curve when it left the roadway.
The occupants of the vehicle, a 31-year-old Cole Harbour man and a 27-year-old Gaetz Brook man, both suffered serious injuries. One man was airlifted to hospital by LifeFlight, while the other was transported to hospital by ambulance.
The investigation is ongoing.
