Strathcona County RCMP have arrested a male following a sexual assault investigation.
On April 28, 2022, the Strathcona County RCMP received a sexual assault complaint involving a youth. A female youth reports she was sexually assaulted during a massage session at a home massage therapy business.
A 60-year-old individual, of Sherwood Park, Alta., has been charged with the following:
- Sexual assault
The 60-year-old individual has been released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear in Sherwood Park Provincial Court on June 15, 2022.
These matters are before the courts, so no further details will be provided.
RCMP also believe there may be other victims and are asking anyone affected to come forward.
