UPDATE: Colin MacNeil was arrested by RCMP NL yesterday, October 19, 2022, without incident. He is being held in custody to appear before the courts.
Arrest warrants have been issued for 43-year-old Colin MacNeil of Conne River. MacNeil, who is wanted for a charge of sexual assault and three charges of uttering threats against individuals in the community, is actively evading police.
MacNeil is described as 6 feet tall. He has brown hair and blue eyes. See photo.
