An arrest warrant has been issued for 37-year-old Blair Summers, who is unlawfully at large after violating parole conditions. He is believed to be in the St. John's area.
Summers is described as 5'7" tall and weighing 155 pounds, with dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. See photo.
