Update: RCMP continue to look for missing 31-year-old woman

Update: February 17. Through their investigation, the Grand Bay-Westfield RCMP have been able to determine that she was last seen using the crosswalk on River Valley Drive between 3:30 and 3:45 p.m., and turning onto Station Street. Anyone with information on her whereabouts or who has seen her since February 5, is asked to contact the Grand Bay-Westfield RCMP detachment at 506-757-1020.

The Grand Bay-Westfield RCMP continues to search for a missing 31-year-old woman from the community and is hoping information from the public can help locate her safe.

She was last seen on February 5, 2021, at approximately 2 p.m., at the Scholtens gas station located on River Valley Drive in Grand Bay-Westfield. She was reported missing to police on February 9. Police continue to follow leads to try and locate her and the RCMP's helicopter is assisting with the search.

Through the investigation, police were able to obtain video surveillance footage that shows her using the crosswalk between 3:30 and 3:45 p.m., on River Valley Drive and seen turning onto Station Road. Police would like to speak to anyone who saw her walking on River Valley Drive, the walking trail, around the Epworth Park area or getting into a vehicle on the afternoon of February 5.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts or who has seen her since February 5, is asked to contact the Grand Bay-Westfield RCMP detachment at 506-757-1020.
