The Codiac Regional RCMP is releasing additional photos of one of the persons of interest and new photos of a second individual wearing a bandana on his face as part of the continuing investigation into the recent thefts of snow crab from two trucking terminals in Moncton.

Sometime between June 5 and 7, 2020. Four tractor trailers loaded with frozen snow crab were taken, two from the Armour Transport terminal on Edinburgh Drive and two from the Midland terminal on McNaughton Avenue.

The man without the bandana is believed to be heavier set and between the ages of 50 and 70 with light coloured, possibly grey hair.

The second person of interest, the man wearing a bandana on his face, appears to have tattoos on his right forearm and possibly a scar or tattoo near his left elbow.

It's believed that at least three men were involved in the thefts. Two of the men are described as having a dark complexion and both spoke French. One measured between five feet six inches (167 centimetres) tall and five feet 10 inches (177 centimetres) tall, with a skinny build. The other man measured approximately five feet six inches (167 centimetres) tall with a skinny build.

Investigators have received tips related to the investigation but continue to ask that anyone with information, or who recognizes the men in the photos, to contact the Codiac RCMP at 506-857-2400. Information can also be provided anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), by downloading the secure P3 Mobile App, or by Secure Web Tips at www.crimenb.ca.
