Halifax District RCMP have recently purchased a side-by-side vehicle to be used in the Musquodoboit Harbour area. The new piece of equipment will allow RCMP members to patrol trails, seasonal properties and assist when responding to search and rescue calls when required.
Owners of seasonal properties accessible by local trails in Sheet Harbour, Middle Musquodoboit Harbour and Musquodoboit Harbour area can take an additional step to help keep their properties safe by requesting to be added to a list of properties to be checked by RCMP members on patrol during the off-season.
Seasonal properties owners can contact Cst. James Misner with Halifax District RCMP at 902-889-3300 to be added to the list. Please provide the file number below along with the GPS coordinates of your property.
