At around 3:30 p.m. on August 23, 2018, Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP received a report of a man and woman shoplifting at the local Walmart.
The couple left the store with a cart-full of goods they didn't pay for. Store security was able to recover the goods, however the couple fled the scene in a black Honda Civic. The man is described as approximately 30-years-old, thin build, around 5'10" with a black beard, wearing all black clothes. The woman is described as having red hair.
