On Saturday, January 6th, Kings District RCMP arrested 34-year-old Cory Russell Levy for breaching conditions put in place after a December 4th incident during which Mr. Levy resisted arrest and assaulted a police officer.
Mr. Levy appeared in Charlottetown Provincial Court on January 9th, and was remanded into custody until his next court appearance on January 18th, in Georgetown, PEI. Mr. Levy faces a number of charges including impaired driving, resisting arrest, assault on a police officer, and several breaches of his Undertaking and an Emergency Protection Order.
