Historically there is an aversion to attending or being associated with the LGBT committee or activities, under represented; stigma attached; useful information missed; connection to the larger LGBT community underutilized

Issue provided to Commanding Officer, suggested steps discussed at G&H Advisory Committee meeting
Next steps
Recommendation: members of the G&H Ad. Committee rotate attendance for teleconference/video/meetings until such time as a volunteer presents themselves
