Update 2 – Thompson RCMP investigating homicide
On June 21, 2024, RCMP Major Crime Services arrested and charged Clinton Adam Miles, 19-years-old, and Antonio Jarred Nicholas Miles, 22-years-old with 2nd Degree Murder.
They are both from Shamattawa First Nation and have been remanded into custody.
The investigation continues.

The investigation into the June 15, 2024, homicide of Wilkie Colon, 51, continues.
RCMP Major Crime Services is asking anyone who may have seen or interacted with Wilkie Colon the night of June 14 and/or the early morning hours of June 15 to contact the Thompson RCMP at 204-677-6909.
The investigation continues.
On June 15, 2024, at approximately 6:35 am, Thompson RCMP responded to a report of an unresponsive male who was discovered in an area near the Thompson Public Library, located on Thompson Drive.
Officers arrived on scene and located the lone male with life-threatening injuries who was transported to hospital where he was subsequently life-flighted to Winnipeg in critical condition.
On June 16, the victim succumbed to his injuries.
