RCMP seeking public’s help to locate stolen vehicle

The Shediac RCMP is asking for the public's help to locate a stolen vehicle from the community.

The theft is believed to have occurred on June 9, 2024, at approximately 6:30 a.m. from a private property on Lino Road.

The vehicle is described as an orange 2009 Honda Civic with New Brunswick licence plate JVA 108 and vehicle identification number 2HGFG21519H100176. Police are now releasing surveillance footage photos of the individual in hopes that the public may be able to assist the RCMP in this investigation.

The individual is described as a male in his late 30's to early 40's, with an average build, short dark hair and a dark beard. At the time of the theft, he was wearing a dark sweater, black pants and dark sneakers.

Anyone who has seen the car since June 9, who may recognize the individual, or who has information that could help further the investigation, is asked to contact the Shediac RCMP at 506-533-5151.
