RCMP seeking public’s help following hit and run incident

The Saint-Léonard RCMP is asking for the public's help following a hit and run incident in St-Jacques, N.B.

The incident occurred on May 21, 2024, at approximately 7 p.m., on Highway 2. An SUV stuck a Subaru driving in the same direction and fled the scene.

The driver of the Subaru then lost control and collided with a transport truck driving in the same direction. The driver of the Subaru and a child were not injured. The driver of the transport truck was also not injured.

The vehicle is described as an orange Chevrolet SUV with a New Brunswick licence plate. The driver`s side front bumper would be damaged. The SUV was last seen on May 21, 2024, on Mont Farlagne Road in St-Jacques.
