Update: RCMP seeking public’s help in connection with thefts

The Saint-Léonard RCMP is asking for the public's help following a rash of thefts from a business on Madawaska Maliseet First Nation, N.B.

Over the course of the last month, police have received a number of reports of thefts from a business on Grey Rock Road on Madawaska Maliseet First Nation. Police have since identified a suspect as well as a vehicle in connection with these thefts, and are releasing surveillance footage photos in hopes that recognize the individual or the vehicle.

Anyone who recognizes the individual or the vehicle in the photos, or who may have information that could help further the investigation, is asked to contact the Saint-Léonard RCMP at 506-473-3137. Information can also be provided anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), by downloading the secure P3 Mobile App, or by Secure Web Tips at www.crimenb.ca.

The investigation is ongoing.
