RCMP seeking public’s help following attempted armed robbery

The Blackville RCMP is asking for the public's help to identify an individual following an attempted armed robbery at a business in Doyles Brook, N.B.

On July 25, 2024, at approximately 5:20 p.m., an individual entered a business on Highway 118 in Doyles Brook, wearing a full face mask, and carrying a weapon. The individual fled the scene on foot shortly after, and was unsuccessful in obtaining anything. No one was injured during the incident.

Police are releasing surveillance footage photos in hopes that someone may recognize the individual, who is described as a man in his early to mid thirties with dark hair, weighing approximately 185 pounds (84 kilograms), and being approximately six feet (183 centimetres) tall.
