On August 13, 2024, at 1:00 pm, Gimli RCMP received a report of a single-vehicle rollover that occurred on Highway 68, located approximately four kilometres east of Arborg.
Investigators have determined that a semi-trailer, being driven by a 61-year-old male from Winnipeg, was travelling eastbound on Highway 68 when the semi-trailer appears to have lost control where it entered the ditch and rolled.
The driver of the semi-trailer was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Gimli RCMP continue to investigate.
