One man and two women have been charged following an armed robbery that took place in Moncton, N.B.
On March 1, 2020, around 5:30 p.m., Codiac Regional RCMP responded to a report of an armed robbery at a home on Botsford Street. A 30-year-old man was confronted by a 27-year-old man armed with a weapon inside the home and demanded money. The 30-year-old man left the scene and nobody was injured.
Once on scene, police arrested a 44-year-old woman leaving the residence shortly after the robbery. A 27-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman were also arrested inside the home.
All three appeared in Moncton Provincial Court on March 2.
Twenty-six-year-old Maria Baker and 44-year-old Toni Elizabeth Goulette were both charged with robbery with a firearm.
Chase St-Pierre was charged with robbery with a firearm and wearing a disguise with intent.
They were remanded into custody and are scheduled to return to court on March 6 for their bail hearing.
The investigation is ongoing.
